Malcolm X's Birthday

The Ruckus Society celebrates the birthday of Malcolm X, who approached direct action in many ways over the course of his short life, coming to a vision of nonviolence and multi-ethnic struggle shortly before his assasination. Malcolm taught us that 'By Any Means Necessary' included deep personal transformation and standing up fearless against all odds for a vision of self-determination.
