Welcome from Executive Director Adrienne Maree Brown

The Ruckus Society provides environmental, human rights, and social justice organizers with the tools, training, and support needed to achieve their goals. Learn more in our brochure!

Ruckus is in its 13th year of training and supporting Nonviolent Direct Action. We have been growing our capacity to pull off actions that tell the world what we want, not just what we protest. We are aiming to transform society with our belief that actions speak louder than words. We have a network of folks who can help you figure out, strategically, if it's time for action, what actions to take, how to take them step by step, and stand right there with you to pull it off. If you need us, don't hesitate to be in touch!

Below is news from various actions and trainings we're involved in. Enjoy!
