The office staff is based in Oakland, California.

To achieve our goals, The Ruckus Society depends on a diverse network of over 100 talented, committed trainers, coordinators and workers who volunteer their time to train other people to be effective nonviolent activists and organizers.

The Board of Directors advises and helps to keep Ruckus working.
